All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.We are not responsible for all problems related to any taxes.

1.If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left the seller's country, the buyer has responsibility for clearance of thedetained items.
2.If a very large order is delivered from China to my country, will customs seize my order?
Yes, it is a possibility. We suggest you to ask the seller inadvance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped outon different days to avoid possible seizure.
3. If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
